Houstonians finally made their first cupcake withdrawals this week when Sprinkle Cupcakes in Highland Village unveiled its long-awaited cupcake ATM. But that wasn’t the only sweet surprise Sprinkles had in store. Fans of the brand packed the eatery for a taste of Sprinkles’ menu additions (an assortment of ice cream, house-made waffle cones and cookies) and also had the chance to meet Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard. Sprinkles presented Howard with a check of $10,000 to support his foundation, D12, which empowers youth by providing tools for success.
