Wine & Food Week will host 75 chefs including Chef Urvin Croes, owner of Aruba’s acclaimed fine dining restaurant White Modern Cuisine.
Some of the best wine and food anywhere is headed to The Woodlands for the 13th annual Wine & Food Week presented by H-E-B. The seven-day extravaganza kicks off next week, showcasing nearly 10 culinary events, 75 chefs, and hundreds of wineries — clocking in as the largest wine and food festival in a large swath of the country.
From New Orleans to Aspen, you won’t find a bigger one.
This year’s theme, “Inspired! Flavors,” highlights diverse cuisine from across the globe. Festival goers can sample a bevy of international flavors during the Wine & Food Week’s eight events.
This includes everything from guys and girls-themed foodie fêtes to H-E-B’s annual Wine Walk at Market Street on Thursday evening, which features live music, cooking demonstrations, and of course, a bevy of food and wine.
Friday, June 9th brings the ever popular Ladies of the Vine Tasting, Panel, and Luncheon followed by Sips, Suds, and Tacos — a taco tasting event — later that evening.
Close out the festival at Platinum Wine Vault Ultra Premium Tasting event on Saturday, June 10th before heading to the fest’s grand finale: the highly anticipated Wine Rendezvous Grand Tasting & Chef Showcase, which features 60 talented chefs and more than 500 wines.
Emmy award-winning chef, restaurateur, author, and TV host Lidia Bastianich serves as this year’s Wizard Gourmet of Ceremonies.
