Ingredients

  • 1/2 yellow dragonfruit
  • 1/4 fresh yellow pineapple, peeled, eyes removed, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 medium sized ripe banana, peeled, frozen
  • 8 oz coconut water, chilled

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth, 2-3 minutes depending on the strength
    of your blender.

Suggestions: Serve as breakfast, an afternoon pick-me-up or as a mocktail.
