Sof Hospitality’s Hanukkah specials. Every night of Hanukkah, Hamsa and Doris Metropolitan will hold a menorah lighting at sundown. Customers can also enjoy Sufganiyot (fried donuts) with their meal.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Flour
- 2 Whole eggs
- 400 grams Bulgerian yogurt
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Zest of orange
Directions
- Mix all together and shape using 2 spoons (the mix is a little bit liquid)
- Fry on 325f for 3-4 minutes
