Ingredients
Grilled Branzino
- Grilled Branzino
- Fish marinate
- 30g Chopped parsley
- 30g Chopped cilantro
- 10g Crushed garlic
- 35g Lemon juice
- 75g Olive oil
- 10g Salt
Fennel Salad
- 150g Sliced fennels
- 100g Sliced celery
- 30g Cranberries
- 15g Roasted almonds
- 8g Salt
- 20g Lemon juice
- 20g Olive oil
Directions
Hot pan. Medium-High heat pan
- Drizzle oil with kosher salt on pan.
- Make sure skin of fish is dry.
- Put fish on skillet while moving it with the skin side down touching pan.
- Cook on the skin for about 6-8 minutes.
- Flip it and cook for two more minutes.
- Serve skin side up. Recommended to serve with flaky salt on skin.
