Enjoy an evening of cooking demonstrations and dinner provided by Chef John Tesar, an iconoclastic celebrity of the food world, described as the “single most talented cook I have ever worked with” by Anthony Bourdain. A fixture of the Dallas restaurant scene, Tesar has garnered praise from Food & Wine and the New York Times, and has appeared on The Today Show, the Early Show, and as two-time contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef. Proceeds from the delicious event will benefit Mission Connect, a program of TIRR Foundation.
