Join Houston Grand Opera for an evening of lecture, poetry, art, and music at “The Arts of Intimacy.,” a part of the “Seeking the Human Spirit” initiative. Inspired by HGO’s production of La favoite and the book The Arts of Intimacy: Christians, Jews, and Muslims in the Making of Castilian Culture, the special event will bring into focus 14th-century Spain, highlighting the country’s historic culture, identity, and faith.
