Come Out Against Cancer will be held on Thursday, August 24 from 6:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. The initiative will intensify the North Texas Get Screened Campaign to support the Dallas and North Texas LGBTQ+ communities by providing cancer screening outreach, in partnership with local LGBTQ+ organizations, to communicate cancer outreach messages, education, and offer cancer screening services and referrals. This initiative will also raise funds to develop programs that educate local healthcare providers on cultural sensitivity and the needs of LGBTQ+ populations.
