The UNCF “A Mind Is…”® Gala is a signature fundraiser for the local UNCF office and is considered a premier social event for the City of Houston. This year’s event will be held in-person, after being held virtually for the past two years due to COVID-19. Supported by a diverse group of corporate sponsors and individuals, the Gala welcomes celebrities, dignitaries, civic leaders, volunteers, public officials, alumni and others who support UNCF’s mission of investing in America’s future by getting students to and through college.
