NBA champ, MVP, and sixth all-time NBA scorer Dirk Nowitzki is back for his eighth year to host the Dirk Nowitzki’s 2019 Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game, presented by Baylor Scott and White Sports Performance Center at the Star. The beloved basketball player will be joined by some of sports’ biggest names for the event, including Dallas Cowboys Day Prescott, Zeke Elliot, Jaylon Smith, and Tyron Smith; Dallas Mavs owner Mark Cuban, along with players Dwight Powell, Devin Harris, and Courtney Lee; and New York Knicks point guard Dennis Smith, Jr.
The games will kickoff with the Heroes Special Olympics All-Star Softball game, and will continue with the Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game. Enjoy entertainment and activities between innings, and a 10-minute fireworks finale following the games! Proceeds from the afternoon will benefit the children’s charities of the Dirk Nowitzki Foundation, as well as the Heroes Foundation.
