
In 2023, Travis Street Hospitality quietly ended its partnership with celebrity chef Curtis Stone and appointed a new executive head chef, RJ Yoakum. The chef created an entirely new menu for the popular Knox Street spot, but some stellar steaks still remain. These include the eight-ounce grass-fed filet, NY strip, and Rosewood wagyu ribeye. Our suggestion would be to pair one of these with the grilled Spanish octopus, agnolotti, and black truffle potato churros.
