This authentic Mexican restaurant in Lake Highlands serves some of the best Tex-Mex in Dallas. Emilio’s was opened in 2019 in Timber Creek shopping center by co-owner Emilio Mata (who also owns Bishop Arts’ Veracruz Café). The menu boasts margaritas, chicken mole enchiladas, fajitas, and more.
