Talk about out of this world: Guillermo Cardenas and director Eric Thomas of Muzeion, Temple of Muses, hosted a private soirée to introduce the global gallery to the design district. Art-loving A-listers eyed ancient pieces, including an unrestored Egyptian mask from the Ptolemaic Dynasty, plus modern works such as the blue-hued My Space oil painting by Eddy Vaskez and the twisted marble sculpture Highway by Daniel Serna. Also dotting the room: David Cardenas, Sher and Laurence Briggs, Monica Hunt, Sebastien Delalanoe, Marcela Santos, Liselda Lazo, Cookie and Dan Owen, Liselda Lazo, Nancy and Kevin Taylor, and Alberto Perez.
