Dallas Design District has landed another important showroom. Ligne Roset is relocating from McKinney Avenue to fresh digs on Hi Line Drive; watch for a mid-September opening. New owners Brittany and Adam Branscum boast respective degrees in interior design and architecture from the University of Oklahoma; the Dallas Ligne Roset marks the couple’s second Texas store (the other is in Houston) for the celebrated French furniture retailer. Expect collections from sleek European design houses including Nils, Togo, Ploum, Amy, Tolbiac and Et Cetera. This statement home-furnishings destination takes over a spot that was previously a trade-only art gallery, transforming its 10,600-square-foot blueprint into a 5,000-square-foot showroom welcoming both designers and public, and cozying up to an ample warehouse. O Architecture has been tapped for the project, while Monsieur Branscum serves as general contractor. 1710 Hi Line Dr.; ligne-roset-usa.com.
