Sperry, purveyors of the ever-popular Top-sider boat shoe, opens a boutique in Galleria I this summer, in the former Billy Reid space near Abercrombie & Fitch (Reid has moved to 5015 Westheimer at Kirby). Also this summer, Tommy Bahama opens in Galleria IV near Adidas — but don’t expect to find only men’s silky island-life button-down shirts on the racks; shelves will also be stocked with women’s apparel, home decor and travel items. And Porsche Designs debuts early this summer in Galleria I near Jimmy Choo, with classic men’s accessories, watches, sunglasses, luggage, fashion, mobile phones and home accessories … Saks Fifth Avenue spotlight: Stop by to meet Michelle Smith, the designer behind Milly, April 9, and designer David Meister April 12. While you’re there, pick up a couple of Saks exclusives: Kilian Perfumes’ latest fragrance, Arabian Nights Amber Oud, and Dolce & Gabbana’s new Bouquet collection of pastel shades for nails, eyes and lips … Neiman Marcus welcomes jewelry designer Matthew Campbell Laurenza April 12, followed by appearances by designers Bibhu Mohapatra (April 16 and 17) and Lela Rose (April 18), both presenting fall collections … At Nordstrom, Edward Wilkerson, the designer behind Lafayette 148, appears Saturday, April 14, to show his spring 2012 collection …  Tootsies has a new exclusive: Cabe, a luxury line created by Kathy Rego, who has worked in the technical fit departments at Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie. She will be at Tootsies April 19 and 20 to show her Summer 2012 collection of tailored ready-to-wear  … Hanson Galleries has relocated from Uptown Park to the Centre at Post Oak ... The Pretty Kitty, a full-service waxing boutique, opens later this month at the Village Arcade on Times Boulevard, adjacent to MAC Cosmetics … In West Ave, Q Custom Clothiers is adding Salvatore Ferragamo shoes, neckwear and small leather goods to its luxury offerings. Rye 51, Q’s casual next-door cousin, is adding quite a few new names this season, including Joe’s Jeans, Bespoke Clothiers shirting, Riviera Club casual wear, Steven Alan and PRPS. New fashion boutique Ivannia has opened at West Ave. The 971-square-foot shop, named after owner Ivannia Delgado, stocks womenswear and accessories by Tricot Chic, Creenstone, Poleci, Petrusse, Franco Ferrari and Philippe Ferrandis. … What’s up at Uptown Park: BB1 Classic is collaborating with artist John Ross Palmer, who has opened a new studio, John Ross Palmer Uptown, above the women’s fashion retailer. Palmer creates art on vintage bags, scarves, furniture and ceramics; BB1 Classic will donate a portion of proceeds from the artwork to his mentorship program, Escapist Artists (escapistprogram.com). Also at Uptown Park, Elizabeth Anthony/Esther Wolf now carries iconic American fashion designer Bill Blass.
